Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using OriginClip ("Service"), operated by Bfree Investments Corp ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OriginClip is an AI-powered video creation platform that enables users to generate faceless YouTube and social media videos using artificial intelligence tools including script generation, image generation, voiceover synthesis, and avatar presentation.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
OriginClip offers Free, Creator ($49/month or $490/year), and Pro ($99/month or $990/year) subscription tiers. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using OriginClip. By using the Service, you represent that your use of generated content complies with all applicable platform policies, including YouTube's terms of service and AI content disclosure requirements. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or monetize content created with OriginClip.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by OriginClip uses artificial intelligence. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may require human review and editing before publication.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OriginClip to create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Third-Party Services
OriginClip integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), D-ID (avatar generation), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Anthropic (AI scripting), and fal.ai (image generation). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Intellectual Property
OriginClip, its logo, and all associated software are the property of Bfree Investments Corp. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of OriginClip will result in monetization, channel growth, or any particular outcome on any platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bfree Investments Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
